Mod Podge Stiffy

bowls

plastic grocery bags

black doily from store

or hand made black doily (size 7 crochet hook, Coats Crochet Aunt Lydia’s Crochet, Cotton Classic Size 10, Blacksize 10 black crochet cotton, pattern for doily.)
